The planning application for the refurbishment and extension of 75 Dean Street was

As previously occupied by Warner Bros, the new interventions draw inspiration from the legacy of film, music and recording which forms a significant part of this building’s history. The development proposes a change of use to dual use as offices (Class E) and/or a private members club.
